Eten & Drinken
Unifying border
DUS transformed a redundant company canteen into a restaurant-for-one-night. A long bar made out of recycled dressers divided the restaurant in two. At both sides of the bar an overabundance of food and drinks was displayed. Unaware visitors approached the restaurant from behind a large curtain and suddenly became each other's bartender, as foods were on one side, and drinks on the other side of the bar. Special placemats offered menu-suggestions and unique beer mats offered food for thought. The bar was a strong border, and precisely by being so, a means for contact.
